We don’t process payment until a carrier has been secured and assigned to your order. Note: a carrier being assigned to your order does not mean they have been dispatched yet. There may be time between payment processing and the driver beginning the transport process.

Montway’s door-to-door shipping services include pickup from a specific address (driveway, work address, etc.) and dropoff at a specific address—as close as the trucker can safely and legally get to the requested addresses.
Note that some cities or communities have commercial vehicle restrictions that prevent car carriers from traveling on their streets and certain areas may be unsafe for truckers to navigate. If the trucker can not safely or legally drive to your requested address, they will meet you at a nearby agreed-upon location.
Yes, door-to-door shipping is available for most types of vehicles throughout the United States. Door-to-door service is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international shipments.
